Morning exams begin at 9am, afternoon exams begin at 1pm.
Grade 10 and 11 students :If you have a conflict with an exam, you must first speak to your teacher and plan to write the exam on a different day during the exam period. If require a rescheduling of an exam due to illness, injury, or a special circumstance such as the death of a loved one, you must contact both teachers and Administration, in order to seek permission to defer the final exam to another day. (Leaving for holidays early is not an acceptable reason to request re-scheduling of exams.)
Grade 12 students: Please be on time for your diploma exams. They start promptly at 9:00 am. If for ANY reason you can't make an exam, you must contact Administration and our front office immediately. In some cases (injury, illness, death of a loved one and some other very special circumstances) exemptions may be granted. If a student is not granted an exemption from AB Learning, the student will be required to complete this exam in a future sitting, possibly July, November, or January of the following year. Diploma Exam dates are set by AB Learning and cannot be changed.
